Gyproc<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re option est un plafond en gyproc. L\u2019un des avantages du plafond en gyproc est qu&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 sur n\u2019importe quel support. Il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s stable et ignifuge. De plus, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de casser l&rsquo;ancien plafond pour pouvoir installer le nouveau. L\u2019un des inconv\u00e9nients du gyproc est que ce mat\u00e9riau ne convient pas aux pi\u00e8ces humides. Le pl\u00e2tre est en effet tr\u00e8s sensible \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9. Un plafond en gyproc n\u00e9cessite \u00e9galement beaucoup de finitions. Il faut, par exemple, boucher les joints et peindre les plaques de pl\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Plafond tendu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous souhaitez r\u00e9nover votre plafond de fa\u00e7on \u00e9conomique et esth\u00e9tique\u00a0? Dans ce cas, le plafond tendu est le choix id\u00e9al pour vous.
